Virtual Platform FAQ
Please find below a list of frequently asked questions and answers about the WoM 2023 Virtual Platform.
Please note that WoM 2023 and all sessions will take place in Eastern European Summer Time (EEST; UTC+03:00).
Make sure you use a Time Zone Converter to know when your favorite sessions are scheduled:
The WoM 2023 Virtual Platform will open on 25 October 2023, at 12:00 Eastern European Summer Time (EEST/GMT+3).
All delegates have access to the virtual platform during the Conference, and for 3 months after.
When the platform opens, you will be able to access it using the personalized credentials you have received via email. Your credentials for the Virtual Platform are non-transferable and are for your individual use only.
Please note the platform works best with Google Chrome. Browsing the platform on your phone might result in experiencing technical issues.
All sessions will be recorded in real-time and will include a live Q&A. Once you enter the live session, you will be able to see the Q&A option on the right and write your quieries for the speakers.
If you can’t attend some of the sessions in real-time, you will have the opportunity to watch the recordings later.
The virtual platform is designed to allow participants from all around the world to easily navigate and view all e-Posters. Click on the e-Poster to open the viewing window, then if you wish, click on the magnifying glass to open the e-Poster in full screen mode (clicking ESC to close). Zoom in and out to comfortably read all the details.
